Products Eligible for Refund or Return

Note: You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence such as photos or an unboxing video.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is verified and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds may be provided as store credit or bank transfer.
Important: Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the user, or items shipped correctly and delivered in good condition.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Approved cancellations will be refunded using the original payment method according to our refund procedure.
Exchange Policy
