Products Eligible for Refund or Return

  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: Items that arrive damaged, tampered with, expired, or not functioning.

  • Missing Items: If part of your order is missing at the time of delivery.

Note: You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence such as photos or an unboxing video.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Prescription medications

  • Opened or unsealed products

  • Temperature-sensitive items

  • Personal care and wellness products

  • Medical devices that have been used

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Provide your order number, product details, and clear evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.

  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return or replacement, if eligible.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is verified and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds may be provided as store credit or bank transfer.

Important: Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the user, or items shipped correctly and delivered in good condition.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded using the original payment method according to our refund procedure.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for wrong items delivered or damaged/defective products.

  • Exchanges are not available for preference changes or personal reasons.
